ok,so now scientist say that you only need 6 hours and 30 min. of sleep. They also say that sleeping longer than 7 hours can cause heart problems(they never stated about age,so could be any age maybe?).

I make sure that i get a little more than 7 hours of sleep,ive been doing it for quite a few years now,and have had no heart problems.

I sleep about 7-8 hours a night.
My family has a history of heart problems anyway...so I figure on being dead before I turn 60. Of course....might sleep more ( or less ) if there was actually someone to sleep WITH....lmao |
