My honey is a very upstanding citizen, and a wonderful father figure to my daughter (who thinks the world of him), He's never been in trouble with the law and has no habits or temper issues...

My heart goes out to you and Josh! I wish I had answers for you. The only thing I can say is that when they find her, and they will, social services should immediately step in and remove her from the custody of her mom and family until Josh can get there to pick her up. She's obviously a flight risk, I'm surprised that the courts didn't already do this. But, tribal courts could have different laws, I understand that many do though I don't know anything more than that, unfortunately. If Josh hasn't already done so, he needs to find an attorney who is very well-versed in tribal court/law. My guy's been having custody/visitation issues for a while, too. His ex "allows" him to see his kids at her whim, despite several court orders. Right now, we're playing the "kiss ass" game. So far, so good. But, with her, you never know. Love ya girlie! Your in my prayers |

I know it's hard for us mommy's to believe that another mom could act so irrational about something like this, unfortunately it happens.
(((((((((SUZ)))))))) Thank you love, He actually wasn't dealing with the tribal court really... he moved it to superior court since he wasn't duly notified that she had given custody up... so Superior court SHOULD have done what you said and immediatly taken her when the ruling was made... I agree! I can guarantee they wont make that mistake again! |

Good for him. And, yeah, obviously her parents aren't the best custodians either. Hard to believe they'd see their daughter give up custody then give their granddaughter back to her. But, people are strange, I don't pretend to understand them.
