Can someone fill me in on the procedure? I have not traveled by air since the new rules went down.
Has anyone had any problems? (Oh and my ex broke up a middle eastern terrorist organization but I will save that story for another time.) |

I have flown about 6 times since 9/11.Love flying had no issues except I had to throw out 2 designer lipsticks that were in my purse.I checked in my bags before I entered the airport everything went smooth.

my brother got a few of his stuff taken away,like tooth paste,comb and a few other items,they told him that they could be used as weapons

well, don't take over 4ozs of liquid in your carry on. Keep your i.d. on you, everyone wants to see it. and now you take your shoes off at security.

Well its been a couple years,im not sure if they still make u take off your shoes before every flight,i was in a hurry and had bad socks to say the least
 .Just come naked with a see thru luggade carry-on to be safe,and dont have any sweater in there cuz u might use it to strangle everyone and try to take over the plane while your accomplice holds up the passengers at nail clipper

Thanks for the responses. Can I have over 4 ozs of liquid, toothpaste etc. if it is in my checked bags??? or will they take a robot and blow my luggage up on the runway after shutting the airport down? (That would be kinda embarassing!)
I am afraid I will show up and they will say..."is that an iPod nano? Sorry can't take it with you." |

I'm thinking a white terry cloth robe. I will flash them at the checkpoint and then relax on the flight.

yeah the shoes still come off. and put all your toiletries in a clear plastic bag. its so you can pull it out if you have a carry on. throw all your shoes , belts,wallet , cells, laptop, and any metal in a tub when you go threw checkin .have id and ticket available all the time. and no kiddin nevr evr say bomb arund any body or you will never leave the air port.good luck

they dont think kiddin about security is funny .and if your going or coming from out of state you need a passport.and they have a under cover officer on most flights.
