Topic: I have a very bad habit...

...I eat food while it is too hot and consistently burn my mouth. I mean blisters! I do this all the time...with my coffee tooo...I know I shouldn't ...I regret doing it...but I keep doing it...how do I stop this!!!???

I am not joking...serious as heck! I wait to eat 'til I am starving...cos Im always putting it off doing other things...then when I do get something ready to eat,,,I will just hurry up and eat it to get it over iwth so I can get back to whatever...and most of time the food is right out of oven or microwave and steaming hot...and I burn the inside of my mouth

Hey! It is VERY important to eat! You need to eat on a internal schedule...when you know that your hungry, put a piece of fruit or whatever you like within reach of you and whatever you are doing..... To eat is to live!!!!

she does eat fast, I take my time, enjoy it yeah you treat eating like it is a recreational acitvity...LOL to me it is just something I got to do.
