okay so i have a little problem im a nanny kinda for my cousin and i wanna know whats the best way to tell them that i want to quit. they have really bad children and its stressing me out. plus im starting a new job soon. but also i have a one yr. old daughter who is getting influenced by these two and its not a very good one.

Simply let them know that you have a new job offer and you will be taking that job, and give them enough notice that they can find someone else

Omit the bad behavior and, just tell them you won't have the time with your new job anymore.

truth and tact seem the way to go. Tell them of your new job opportunity and give them time to find a replacement. good luck!
