Making plans to go to Lake George for the big Balloon Fest. My daughter is coming up to meet me from where she goes to college (Albany). Another girlfriend and her daughter are going also.

I haven't been in any forum much at all...... Been super busy!!! Go away most wknds. Busy social life. Been meeting a lot of nice people. One guy would like me to date him exclusively... getting to know him really well...esp. before making any decisions. I've met another good friend on here...and we keep intouch and will remain friends....we know we're lookin for diff. people. But that's o.k...... can still be friends and hang out tog. every now and then.

He's dating his "friend of 6 years" now, have been for a couple of days.
Even though it's what I've been telling him to do for the past 6 months, it's hard.
It went straight to my chest when I heard the news, when I actually started talking to him after a week of the silent treatment. I was about to cry right at work .. or throw up, whichever came out first.

And today, I found out that they were actually dating .. and I felt it again. I just didn't think he'd actually move on.

That's always hard Ash. It's like the closure but then you're not sure you want what you thought you wanted.
