Duct tape and bailing wire are what us guys carry It'll fix anything When I tell you my duct tape, plumbing $5000 floor story you'll change that to "most" anything... lol 
Ok most anything, you know I think they have real plumbers out their in Cali too. If you dont want to see their crack just ask them to cover it up with duct tape before they bend over. Both problems fixed.
I wish I had that chance.. My son and the neighbor decided they'd help me out... to the tune of $5000... thankfully insurance covered it so it's only costing me $1000 
and if I duct taped my nails I think I'd get some strange looks..
Eww, so this is an ongoing event. Sorry to hear. I hate plumbing, its the one thing I'll call someone to do in most cases. Unless its all new then Im will to do it, maybe. it started on a Sat. I notified the landlord they didnt do anything so the neighbor was talking to my son and said "I'm a plumber, I can fix it" well he didn't make sure the water was off and took the pipe of and bammo water everywhere... ruined the hardwood floor in the kitchen, eating area, family room and part of the dining room... all rooms had to be replaced to make sure the wood matched... oh and the landlord wouldn't have thought anything except my son duct taped the pipe and he saw that so blamed it on that.. I found out the "real" story after a few days of prying b/c nothing made sense that I had been hearing

Iz...hope your son gets better...quickly. ut oh, Imma guessin someone got in trouble. But, at least they tried. more than some kids would do these days. OK..I must get some sleep. Gotta get the bug off to school tomorrow. Have a great evening. |
