ok so here we go. i was pacing back and forth on my cell phone talking to an army buddy. i look across the street i see a four year old boy with his pants around his ankles. i then see a little girl pulling her pants down. they then start to go at it. once i saw this i told my buddy what was going on then hung up the phone and then walked over to the neighbors house. i knocked on the door saw her deadbeat b/f then walked in the house. told the mother what was going on she was a little shocked an embarrassed. i am not trying to "**** block" but i believe at that age it is a little to young for that sort of action. i know it is not possible but a society of knocked up grammar school students is not my idea of good standards.

Well, there is some curiosity at that age, the "show me yours, I'll show you mine". But going at it means they've seen it and that's not so good!!!

instead of telling the mother and most likey she wouldnt had done anything, i would had contact csd, and they would had gotten on her about it, as why would her child know about that at a young age unless it was done in front of her or say tv

Nope she is grounded until she is 40 and then if she is lucky then maybe she can go out until then no way no how nope nope nope. I know what I was like in my teen years oh hell no is she going to do what I did. I just figure I had her at 40 my one and only child and I have never been married so at 40 I will be old by then she can do what she wants but I am raising her old school so she still has respect for me right now. Besides it is clear to see that the little kids that were doing it had to learn it from somewhere hmmm makes you wonder what else they see and live in.

I think I would have called the police, I honestly don't think the mother will do anything. Obviously something needs to be done!! All I can do is sit here and wonder...what the hell are some parents thinking???

I too probably would have called CPS - if they are showing those tendencies at this age they have been exposed to it far too often at home or where ever.
