I know when you have mastitis.. (an infection when breast feeding) the doc's recommend cold cabbage leafs.

The ice will keep it from swelling, but won't get the bruise...the best thing and it hurts is to massage the area...(I know I just opened you up to alot of comments here) but if you do that the blood will dispurse quicker. The meat on the eye is only for the cold...it's a wives tale. Oh sure, NOW you are going to have the men's imaginations going wild. Breast and steak wow
