Greyhound started this topic a couple of days ago. I couldn't find it,
so I thought I'd better start it up again. Menu Foods makes the tainted
pet food for many name brand dog and cat foods, including IAMS and
SCIENCE DIET. Many of the big chain food store brands also use the MENU
foods--Kroger, HEB to name a few. It is estimated that humdreds of
otherwise healthy pets have died from kidney failure because of this.
This supposedly only occurred with the ingestion for the wet (canned)
foods. I don't care. For me, it's only dried Purina One, or I'll just
cook for them myself.

I know i heard about this tooo crazy scary my cat was getting sick like
vomiting for awhile so i was watching her diet and shes stopped and i
heard of this while she was i totally freaked!

This is the first I have hear about it. CAn you tell me anything else?

Thank You songbird... I did not see my brand in there, but I will be
watching out.

I sent a reply, but press the right button. Here I go again. Everyone
needs to see Songbird's list of possibly bad pet food. I'll stick to
good ole Purina One (dry). OOOOOODo I smell a hugh class action suit on
the horizon. Pets are considered property, so I would think destroying
property would be grounds enough to put the MENU people out of business,
