A little , I hit the gym this morning, went to the doctors & passed my physical with flying colors , go some sun laying in the yard & then jogged a bit around the track!!

I am very today.. couldn't sleep last night at all.. had to be up at 5:30 for work.. didn't get home until 5

In ability to sleep until 4:30 am & then waking up with kids at 8am. Yup -- waaaay sleepy today
