I been thinking of a motor home 
...a smaller house on wheels
Bad idea...I worked on those things for 5 yrs...they are junk...you might as well live in a cardboard box

Ahh now....they make some that are actually made for fulltiming now...very well built..you just got to get a GOOD quality one and keep it up. |

If its just you living in the house then I would go smaller it will save you a lot of money! Unless you can get roomates.

Ahh now....they make some that are actually made for fulltiming now...very well built..you just got to get a GOOD quality one and keep it up. Hurricanes...tornados...I worked on some that the people bought for $150,000....junk, all junk...and there value only gos down

Which is best??? I have a 5000 sq ft house which soaks up alot of money just heating and cooling...not to mention repairs, lawn care etc...I'm thinking real strong of downsizing... Its always better to own than rent simply because when you rent, you might as well be taking that money and setting fire to it each month. There is no equity whatsoever of course. |
