Will the attraction come with time??

Have you ever met someone that is everything you want and stand for but there is no attraction?

If so, do you think that attraction can grow on someone or is what it is?

When someone is everything I want and stand for, I am attracted to them.

for me, it's mental, emotional and spiritual; not physical.

The attraction can grow.. My ex bf had a crush on me for years and I just wasn't attracted to him he was amazing, sweet, caring, and funny but I wasn't attracted to him.. then one day I looked at him and was like wow.. my heart kinda just melted... We were together for almost 4 years.

If there is no attraction, I think you're screwed......errr, well, actually, I don't think your screwed

A couple of guys I've dated - we were just friends first - I thought they were awesome, but not 'attracted' to them. As I grew to know them and we began to flirt on a more than friendly level, the attraction showed up. One lasted a year and the other 4 years. For me, it's not always instant.

I have had a similar experience...spending some time with someone whom I admired, and had fun with, but ya know, I just dont think that real attraction will ever come...so that's my answer: I dont think waiting helps- HOWEVER, I have been around people who got more attractive as I got to know them.

here is my wise response...it's all in the eye of the beholder, er somethin' like that

I too have met some that was what I thought to be everything I wanted and could stand for yet was not attracted to them... I do believe the more I got to know him and be near him the more interest I had towards him but there was still not attraction or well "spark"

I believe that they obviously are not what I want/need... why?
Because I believe if I wast meant to be with him and him with me that the attraction would have no problem with blinding me very quickly...
