why is it everytime when we take a general interest in a woman and we start talking they dont wanna talk i dont get it! help me understand this

So just because you have an interest in somebody they are supposed to show an interest back? Is that what I am reading?
I mean just because you are interested and want to talk, does not mean that they are interested. |
