Or the guy that types EVERY few words in every post WITH capitalization FOR no real reason. The words HE seems to choose , do not really seem TO be words one would SELECT to capitalize and I HAVE never really understood WHEN trying to READ, why they ARE like that. Now that just gave me a headache. I actually did some analysis on this very thing once.... I had some theories on what led them to capitalize the words they chose. I really thought it came down to a very bad sense of rhythm. But it turns out they were just clueless. HEY, I actually CHOSE to capitalize certian words to SHOW emphasis on those words... but I agree, when there is NO point to it or rhyme or reason, it's just ANNOYING.
