I find myself preferring men w/ kids already - I want to know they understand the parent-child bond. Is this common? What are others looking at? The kid thing is like my big deciding factor. I will say that I am not able to have another baby, so maybe that is coloring my choices?

I too have been leaning towards those with kids already - just I think for the factor that they understand. They more than likely understand that kids def. come BEFORE a relationship. That children take a lot of your time and you are therefore not always available.
Of course part of me still longs for the man with no children to bring me back out into the "social scene" but then again with kids it's hard to get out there anyways. |
