Some people deactivate when they will be away for a while to prevent having tons of emails.

sometimes people need a break. email them and maybe they'll come back on to check in and contact you. Can't email if there's no account. I really liked those two guys. Well, hopefully they'll be back.

you can't mail them that's why it is so important to have alternate contact points than a dating site for people you care about....alternate e-mail addresses, messenger contact, phone numbers....
