Not by choice of course..tried to watch a bad movie, and actually got interested int he bad movie. Had to turn it off. Not in the mood for Ambien, so I guess I'll just drone on and on until I crash.

When that happens to me I play online solitare. Before long my head starts to bob, eyeslids get heavy...works every time!

I just spent the past nine hours weaving through Sunday afternoon traffic in an effort to put as much space between me and the wedding I was attending as humanly possible. My plan was to leave a decent amount of sleep time between now and work, but insomnia is a cruel mistress.

Just when you are about to fall asleep he needs to pee...and that cold nose in your face when you roll over and he's in your bed...ugh!!! LOL....dogs are great but helping you sleep isn't usually one of their strong suits! Good luck though! |

I know I'm going to get lynched for saying this, but it was some Will Farrell movie. I think I would rather prefer to be strapped down with barbed wire in a chair forced to listen to Big & Rich while dwarfen feminists stab me with cocktail forks..... |
