They piss me off!!!!   I wake up angry and 3 1/2 years later you would think they would have stopped but I still have the dreams of my Ex cheating. There always the same, I catch her Cheating. The scenario are always different but the main story line is always the same, I am catching her cheating.
Yes she did cheated on me, yes it hurt, yes I have been to counseling and YES I have forgiven her at least on a conscience level and for the love of God it was so long ago now.......I have even had this dream while in relationships and sleeping with others ladies... But last night I was on Nyquil maybe that was it 
Anyone else plagued with this BS??????????? If so tell me they stopped... Thanks for listing I feel better already 
Goodness Ron.... get over it!!!! Instead of being reactive... emotionally... sit quietly and allow the 'flavour' of the dream to surface... sometimes the only way to move on is to sit in something... sit in the relationship, sit in the ending, and instead of playing victim with yourself, feel the joys of that relationship... and forgive the not great parts... Or, just avoid it all, and keep dreaming... practise the art of detachment grasshopper!
Good advice as always......It seems that all the great events of our lives stay with us and may come back at anytime awake or a sleep. It is how we deal with them that matters. All the work, soul searching and dealing with this issue I have done it surprises me they would still invade my sleep. You are right remember the good when the bad tries to get in

I dont have dreams about my ex because he still drops me emails. I dont reply and hes always an idiot, I just forward them to his gf. I dont give him alot of thought nowdays as far as the POWER to make me unhappy. I refuse to give that POWER over to him any longer. I have enough real daily stresses to allow him into my dreams.

Yes...But they are no dreams!
They are NIGHTMARES! To be honest i am just glad that me and the ex are separated by 6 states. Now that we are apart, we actually get along real well!
