Topic: nice customer no more | |
---|---|
I'm always very diplomatic, but if I have bad service or got food I didn't order, etc., I'll nicely bring it up, and if that doesn't work, I'm not opposed to telling management that perhaps the server I had shouldn't be working with the public. Everybody has a bad day, but some people just shouldn't be in customer service type positions. On the other side of the coin, I'm a firm believer in positive feedback, too, and when I get good service, which is most of the time, I also make sure to thank the server, and will let management know that, too.

Peper arways comprain service at Chinese lestaulant. Arways ask if cat in dumprings. It not you cat anyray so go away! Buffet crosed!Sirry peopre! You rike egg loll? Lmao, hummmmm did ya have too much Sake tonight lmao To be honest I waited tables for over 10 years and bartender for 10 years in the past. I'm one of the waitresses and restaurants worst nightmares. I do not cause a scene anywhere I go but I will not go back if the food is not what I like. It is one thing to deal with bad service but now there is no excuse to deal with poor food quality. My opinion is if you are open till 9-10 or what ever the food should remain the same quality through out the day. And I do promise you the health food inspectors do feel the same way. When one lacks within the quality of the food they serve I promise you that you really don't want to go there. Funny for as long as I have worked within the service area which I have not in 11 years. Do you realize the first place one should look within a restaurant to see how their kitchen is taken care of? The Bathrooms!! If I go eat somewhere and go to the bathroom and it is neglected I promise you I will never return there to eat. JMO No matter how much I would miss the food or certain foods they serve. I promise you there is someone else that serves the same food and takes pride in what they serve. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!! Say it aint so!!! I have eaten at some restaurants- Chinese, Greek, what have you, and the rest room wasn't as clean as the dumpster out back. Man! That is a gross thought Kristi! I not eat Chinese fol a rile. Of course it's so! If they won't bother to keep the areas the customer can see clean, think about what the places you can't see must look like! When I ran the snack bar at a bowling alley, the health inspector had lunch there whenever he was in the area. This was a point of pride for me. |

They say the worst customer is a previouse
waitress! Just joking Red. I was at breakfast with a male friend the other morning after leaving the hospital from having tests. I was starving. I allways treat the waitresses/waiters with the ut most respect (being as I waitressed too and understand also). This youngin waitress with her die job stiff (lol) hair was all mighty attentive to my male friend. Totally ignoring me. She even called him BABY! OK- he may of just been a friend, but when did it become ok for a waitress to call a customer baby??? Dam... she must of thought he was paying and going to tip her. What she did'nt know is, he is the cheapest Man on earth (REALLY) (still my friend though). When I paid the bill I said to her at the cash register... Thankyou Baby! (and even left her a tip on the table, just like the one my friend would of... .01) Oh my bad... |
