Went to see Cheap Trick, Heart, & Journey 2 nights ago in Va. Beach..OMG!! Cheap Trick was great, but the Wilson sisters rocked the place!! They sang all their classics of course and sounded amazing.
Journey has an Asian lead singer who sounds alot like Steve Perry. I thought it would be a disappointment without Steve singing, but was really impressed with how this guy belted out their old tunes, and some new songs too.
20,000 + people there, but everyone seemed to be having a great time. The only bad thing about it was the price of a beer..$10.00 for a 22 oz. beer!! WTF? They know they got you though, cuz you cant bring anything in with you. Needless to say we saved the majority of our partying til after the show.. But it was all good, we had a great time..
If they come to your town, and you love great Rock n' Roll, this is one show you dont wanna miss!!

Glad ya had fun. I live in the area as well. I cant wait to go to the Lunatic Luau. Hatebreed will bring the house down.

I listened to that show from my back yard for like 2 minutes on my walk from the door to the car.

I would definately say so..we had lawn seats cuz a bunch of us wanted to sit together and there wasn't even a patch of grass to stand on, much less sit!!
