I think I have to much alone time. Since my dad died I have been to alone. Not use to it. Try to stay busy but sometimes it just gets to me. |

Hello to everyone and welcome to Hgirl55... the drinks sound good but I'm on an antibotic and if I drink any alcohol it will make me deathly sick sooooo.. I will be spending Tg in North Dakota with a new friend this yr, something different for me, usually with family... but I was invited so I am going...hope you all have a good TG...

Antibiotics can be rough on the system, drink plenty of fluids, hope all is well.
...and of course finish all of them even if you are feeling better..........

Brothers are made because he left me the house and everything in it. |

I had to take over the care of my grandmother because my mothers doctor said could not handle it. I became her legal guardian.(Grandmother passed away in 2003.) I was also court appointed guardian of my uncle who was in a motorcycle accident when he was 16. Which left him mentally unable to take care of himself.(He passed away in 1999.) |

I have a daughter that just got married for the second time. They have just bought a house. So, I don't see her much. I am trying to figure out which way to go in life, and start taking care of myself. You know it took me until September to realize I could put my stuff in the bathroom and I didn't have to keep it in my bedroom. It just feels strange without having someone in the house with me. |

Then you start enjoy having a life takes a while though :) Had a friend get on to me the other day said it is time for me to take care of myself now. LOL

HG55, sounds like the past few yrs, have been tough. We all will help you thru life. Great bunch of people here & we watch eachothers backs.
Rest of the site can get scary, just take it with caution & a grain of salt. A little Jack Daniels helps also.

In my teen,we drank beer & got in fights.
So, if I drink much beer, I get mean. Whisky was party time & still is today. Wine makes me sleep. Love a good aged "tawny Port." Expensive though, 40 yr. or older. |

I really enjoy this site (50 and over). I think I just stay here. Don't need my head bit off, my brothers are doing enough of that at the moment. I am the middle child and dad made me the executrix, not the oldest son. They can't stand it. I do not even answer their phone calls. |
