Oops, sorry, I missed ya the first time

It is a glorious day today

Yeah, sort of. Irritated with the ex, yet again. He informs me last night that while he's on vacation in FL, he has 3 job interviews. I don't know what the hell he's thinking, my son will be devastated.

He's in for a shock, though. Right now, the only thing the ex pays for is 1/2 his medical. I don't get child support or anything else. But if he moves 1000 miles away, he's paying travel, child support, medical, everything he doesn't pay for now. I hate to be like that but I was willing to forego child support so that we could share custody and my son would have the love and support of both his parents on a regular almost-full time basis.

Sorry, guess I just need to vent.

Sounds like to me that you have been more thabn fair with him about all this. I would being doing the same if I were in your shoes.

Its a shame cuz your son won't get to see his father as often if he moves that far away.

No, right now, he's with me for a week and his dad for a week. He and his dad are very close, which is why I can't believe his dad would even consider it. I could understand a couple of hours, but it's over 1000 miles away. And it's not like his dad's rich and can afford it.
