Have you ever forgiven someone for cheating on you and took them back? Did they do it again, or was everything 'okay'?

One should NEVER take anyone back who has cheated,becuase once,will never be enoufgh,becuase chances are GOOD they will cheat over again!

I never did that. Forgiveness is really difficult. I work on it a lot.

I did that once, and it was a big mistake. Of course, everyone I've been involved with was a big mistake, so it's hard to differentiate based on just one thing anymore.

Nope, will not do that. 2 reasons: can't trust them anymore and don't want to sleep with whoever they've been with.

I have forgiven my ex-husband for cheating while we were married and gave him another chance. What was I thinking? He just continued on with his cheating ways. Nothing like putting a damper on my self esteem. But his adultry did get me 18 months of alimony.
