Stress?? Stress is only in your head. If you don't ALLOW it to stress you out, it won't. stress-a specific response by the body to a stimulus, as fear or pain, that disturbs or interferes with the normal physiological equilibrium of an organism we all have stress Ah. But therein lies the rub. The body responds to it in that way, because the brain tells it to. I don't know about the other " organisms ", but I do know that's how it works for humans. Regardless of the provided definition, I stand by by statement... ![]() So are you saying you have no brain? I know your answer will be "yes of course i have a brain I just do not let stress have a part" People who do not have stress lack empathy and/or compassion. If you never get stressed than you may be a sociopath who can not identify with a "normal" pattern of social behaviour or inate human tendencies. But I suspect that some things do stress you out. |

There used to be a lot of things that stressed me out. Now, not much. The thing is, stress is usually caused ( as far as I know ) by things that we feel are beyond our control. I just don't let things that I can't control have that much effect on me. |
