intelligence and self confidence are both pretty important, hard for me to separate.....

intelegence, good sense of humor, and confidence.

The ability to speak AND to shut up and listen and not cut you off and say, "Yeah, that happened to me, too!" -thereby making the conversation all about them. Entertaining, but frustrating after awhile. And, of course, a sense of humor.
