Could someone please tell me what Talwin is...
My Fiance was hurt at work this mornning, well, Like at around 3:30 am and we just got home from Hospital. The doctor there prescribed him Talwin . If anyone knows about this drug please share. I have looked it up, All I get is other drug list. Its not on any of them.

Well, That would explain why they gave it to him. His finger was cut off this morn. I read what I could it has opium in it .... It will mess a person up. I need to watch him .

I'm sorry that happened. I have been close to losing digits myself, but have been lucky. A drug that strong definetly shouldn't be mixed with alchohol. He should probably drink more water than normal while healing.
