nerve, Ice or heat???? Please help, major pain, numb fingers/hand/arm thnx thndr/tam |

ever 20 minutes.. It will really help.. |

Truthfully the only thing that helped me when I had one was the doctor
had to give me some serious meds and bed rest. Seems I had pinched it then keep going not wise to pick up a 5 gallon bucket of ice and swing it around when you have already pinched the nerve lol Humm quick way to end up in the ER quick lmao started loosing feelings in my legs. Humm sounds to me if you have numbness in your fingers, hand and arm girl ya need to get it checked like quick not good.
