okay, how would you break it to a gay friend that he is irritating and annoying?

first of all, when he first meets someone, even before he says his name, he asks them if they get offended by gay people.

and i say, who the hell cares.

secondly, i think this guy is bi-curious cause he's never made out wit a guy and still a virgin, but he has made out wit a girl before.

thennnnnnnnn he wants to defend himself all the time, when theres no need to. its like he goes out of his way to defend his "gayness" when no one is teasing him. it seems to me that he's trying to pick a fight with someone about his homosexuality and no one takes the bait.

so how do i tell him he's annoying and irritating, and my friends and i don't want to hang out wit him anymore if he doesn't change?

I'd just be honest with him about what you feel, what you've noticed and what you think about it.

well then in my opinion if your friend acts to feminine around others,and is quick to ask about peoples likes or dislikes where gays and lesbians are conserned then chances are that he is either for equal rights in a to much of a grand scale,or that he is a little more then bi-curious.

either way.
there is a fine line between trying to be funny,and being a sever embarrasment.
how can you have a great time with the gang if things get to a point where you know that your friend will make you feel embarresed for being there.
there is no need to sugercoat anything here.
take him aside for the first warning,and let him know in private that he's annoying to you,as a friend you have that right,when it infringes on your well being.
if it takes a second effort on your part,then tell him how you feel in front of everyone.
sure it will put him up against the wall,but i guarentee that he wont do it again.
