My username was a typo. I meant for it to be TonyBear. Could you please
change my username for me? I refuse to reactivate my account unless you
do so. If you do not do as I request, I WILL report this site as one
that refuses customer service and traps people into commitments they do
not want. I expect results soon.

I hope i'm not causing anyone any problems by posting my opinion - and
this *is* only the opinion of another member on this site - but this
seems absurd to me.

A service is being offered free of charge - technically speaking the
'customers' for this site are the people who pay the advertising.

I know Mike and VC really care about doing right by us, but to say they
"refuse customer service" when the service is free is just weird.

I agree with massagetrade and justtosee. It is free of charge. If you
made a typo, that should be your problem, not Mike's or VC's. You should
have checked your spelling before you accepted. Everyone has that
option.

I'm not sure you -can-, as a user, change your account name. For
someone like To[p]nyBear, if you make a mistake when you first sign on
you can easily just abandon that account and create another, and let the
admins clean up the abandoned account eventually.

I would have emailed To[p]nyBear to discuss this, but her account is
disabled.

I don't criticize her for simply asking the admins to do it for her,
maybe it just didn't occur to her to abandon that account and create a
new one.

Its the tone she uses, and the threat she makes. Its all just absurd to
me, and more than little rude.
