If your rear end is deviated i don't even want to know how it got that way, if it's your septum, septoplasty, i had that done and i breath much better.

haha well I believe a deviated septum is often caused by too much of a powdery substance being sniffed... but a deviated rectum... sick noway

Seriously? My ex had that problem, had to have it surgically straightened, but there are several types of strips to open the nasal passages.
