I hate this feeling
No control
Can't fix it
My words, spoken and written
Seem to do no good
Crying doesn't make it feel less
Writing seems to do nothing
A sense of impending doom is all I feel
My mind won't shut off
So many mixed feelings
Anger...why didn't you take care of yourself better
Fear...what if I lose you
Dread....oh no not again, not momma all over
Sadness....I don't know what to do
Being strong , full of courage and answers when everyone is around
But when I'm alone .....I fall apart
Trying so hard to make myself numb
I don't want to think
I don't want to feel
This all seems so unreal
Can't let you see any of these feelings
So I stuff them down
Until I am alone
And I fall apart....
