Welcome traveler!
Yes the Green Dragon's Inn has reopened! Welcome fellow traveler to the busiest town in the Bavidirian Lands. Where folklore- fantasy and more than a few dragon stories thrive in the historic waterfront town of Sinatorium- a charming neighborhood full of ancient shops- exquisite markets- and gullible taverns. And in the middle of it all is the Green Dragon’s Inn- a quaint- two story inn that boasts stately rooms- an intimate pub- and new innovative food experiences. The Green Dragon’s Inn is better than ever- thanks to recent renovations financed personally by Lord Elkinsinan. Enjoy fine dwarven craftsmanship furnishings- crackling fireplaces- new hardwood floors and foreign exotic rugs- plush beds- pedestal tubs and all the glorious details that make the Green Dragon’s Inn such a cozy and inviting place to stay. So come join us and enjoy a pint of Hobgoblin's Brew or a taste of our famous sweet and smooth grapan from the hills of the hobbits. Let me bring a bard and give a riddle or a story that could enhance your interest in becoming the next famous adventurer! screenname abracadabra has a website to look at if you wish http://www.csonline.net/designer/ideas/gdi.htm |

A little red headed hobbit walks into the tavern. He sits down as he orders from a tall blonde young man a bottle of grapan liquor. The tavern is empty, but he knows it will have more come in soon.

There is a flurry of activity as four large men ( body guards) clad in bear skins enter the inn, followed by a haughty grandiose looking lady. She is clad in a red velvet gown, around her waist is a string of black pearls. The owner of the tavern makes haste over to the party and ushers them to the best table in the house, this should be a good night at the inn, his newly arrived customers are none other than Vashti and her entourage!

The barkeep looks at the group and raises a eyebrow. He then bows down to the lady and serves quickly the drinks for everybody

*A tall Blue-eyed man walks into the building. The man is clad in a suit of Armor, however each piece of the armor seems to be of a different style of craftsmanship and in some cases made from a different type of metal. Sporting a large claymore strapped to his back, the man sits down and removes his helmet, allowing his long blonde hair to flow down and be revealed. The crest of a golden lion is emblazoned on the right shoulder piece of his armor. *

"Salutations traveler. What may I serve you?" asks a tall young blonde man wiping his hands on a rag.

A rather short figure enters thru the door, stops and looks around the keep takeing note of everyone. His long hooded robe gently dragging on the floor with every step twords the back corner of the room. He finds a seat and puts his back to the corner, pulls his hood down and folds his hands together on the table in front of him.

The young barkeep serves the drink to the large companion and then walks towards the mysterious man. "Salutations traveler. Can I offer you some drink or perhaps a hearty meal?" he asks.

Looking up at the barkeep the little gnome replies in a squeaky deeper voice "I would like a cup of your finest Elvish wine and a hot meal". With that the gnome leans back and pulls out a small bag from with in his cloak and poors out a couple dice, a couple small bone fragments and a piece of parchment.
The young barkeep raises a eyebrow as he looks at the gnome who takes out the odd objects. He then nods his head and disappears to the kitchen to fetch the meal of the day.
As the barkeep walks away, the gnome unfolds the parchment in front of him and gently tosses the dice and bone fragments onto it. As the objects hit the parchment the bone fragments come to a rest and are now three dice. He gently folds the parchment and places it back into a small pouch. He then begins to roll the dice again and again, smiling at times and unhappily mumbling to himself other times.
A fist lands squarely on the table at which the gnome was seated, the chatter in the bar subsides into silence. The gnome looks up as the owner of the fist straightens up to his full height."The dice, parchment and bone fragments, hand them over ! The voice belonged to a member Vashti's entourage.

Behind the silence and drunk'n varmints, awakes a shady man from beneath the corner of the tavern. He wipes away the sweat from his rugged face and lights up the old pipe he has dangling on his dry lips. He may have been there for hours catching up on sleep. This man is nothing but a wayfaring stranger. Some call him a bandit, some call him a killer.
The bandit see's the barkeep and tosses him a silver coin, demanding a brew of any sort. Anything that will help numb the wound he received from an earlier escape. He then bothers to question the action of this nuisance. "Forgive me lightminded friend, may I query thy intention for those bone fragments? What good are they to you? mayhaps, I shall offer thee a pint of hobgoblins brew and all should be settle? Also, may I ask, for are you not a member of the vashti's entourage? |
The small gnome looks up with a smile. "Surely all I see are these 5 dice. Would ye like to partake in a friendly game of chance?
I merely am enjoying a game of chance to myself while I await my food and drink.. You are more then welcome to join. 1 gold per game is the wager. Try your luck?" With that he scoops up the dice in one motion and hold them out for every one to see. |

In walks a tall whiteheaded woman. She surveys the room and walks to a table in the back of the room.
The young barkeep brings out the meal of the day and serves it to the gnome and hurries to serve everyone their drinks before dissappearing back into the kitchen.

The gnome looks at the barkeep as he walks away. With one hand extended out and in his small hand holds a platinum coin. Jokingly he says, "Thank you, sir".

Three hobbits enter the tavern. They are laughing and singing.
"To heal my heart and drown my woe Rain may fall and wind may blow But there still be many miles to go Sweet is the sound of the pouring rain And the stream that falls from hill to plain Better than rain or rippling brook Is a mug of beer inside this Took !" They then look at the small group and shout, "Sing along shall we!" "To heal my heart and drown my woe Rain may fall and wind may blow But there still be many miles to go Sweet is the sound of the pouring rain And the stream that falls from hill to plain Better than rain or rippling brook Is a mug of beer inside this Took !" |

***Calliope walks into the Inn after her morning walk...hair all tangled***
"Oh my...it looks like my investment is going to pay off" ***She looks around....holding her horned cat, Pan, in her arms*** "Well, Pan, lets get to work...I need a menu for a king today" |
