if a marriage would be possible without sex? I don't think it's feasible because though sex is not what makes a relationship, it is an essential way to express love. Any thoughts?

I agree - sex doesn't make a marriage I don't think but it's the most intimate connection - and I need that.

its the way i feel an emotional connection.I don't do casual sex its meaning less to me i'd rather have nothing

I find a marriage that had sex but no longer does because of health problems or some physical situation much more realistic than a marriage without sex between two physically capable but unwilling participants. The second situation may be a relationship, but I'm not sure it's a marriage. Does that make sense?

i also think that it is just a small part of the intimacy that should be there.
