I was recently described as non-threatening. Is that bad? I don't think that she meant it in a good way.

In what context? Everything can be taken a dozen different ways.

In what context? Everything can be taken a dozen different ways. She just said there is something non threatening about me and that she was comfortable with me. |

If she's comfortable with you, that's a good thing. It's not always easy for us ladies to feel at ease with a guy - if she does, you're doing something right - in my opinion anyway

that's awesome, just be yourself, and someone will appreciate that quality. what she ment was, that you're not james dean enough for her, and she needs to feel that you are two steps ahead to give her a challenge, which brings to storybook romance bull sh!t and it's not real anyway, and until she gets rid of that illusion, she'll keep running into abusive men which are her comfort zone.
on the other hand, if she's comfortable with you , forget what i said!!! |

when I tell a man they are non threatening, I mean it in the nicest way...it means I feel very comfortable with them and not afraid they will do something to me.
Take it as a compliment |

you're not a wuss man, quiet understanding is a tremendous stength and a virtue, although some think it's a weakness, for they are too material and caught up in today's ways and vicious circles, for they can't see past all the advertizing and packaging of what they think they are supposed to be. on the other hand, all this has made me less friendly, and prone to hunt bullies with much glee
