I'm not sure if I should post this here or put it under Misc. Help....
I bought a Samsung Blackjack II from AT&T about six weeks ago, and it is being annoying!! It has a wheel in the center that you turn to pick what application you want it to do, then you have to press the center of the wheel to open the application. Like to open a text message or take a picture. Well the dumb center button is stuck and I can't open any texts, and that is my lifeline!!! 
I was told I have to send it back and get a new one sent to me, but I was wondering if anyone knew how to fix it. |

AT&T doesn't suck... u get great service well where i live u do. srry can't help u on dat one butthose fones are dumb i would neva get one lyke dat wit a button ta press in the middle... fu** dat. srry =[ hope u get it fixed so u can have ur lifeline back

Most of the time I have no problems at all, but this is the first time since I have a cell phone that it isn't working so soon after I bought it. And what sucks is that I have to send it back......I have pictures on here that I can't even email to myself because I can't open them without the freaking button!!!!

go to a local office ...send in whats that !! most cell phone carriers have local offices

I went to the office, and the guy who waited on me......well I don't think he had all his marbles in the bag. He couldn't figure how to make change from the bank drop envelope for another customer---he walked around a crowded store waving a $100 bill asking how to make change.
Maybe I will stop at a different store tomorrow after work. |

I took mine apart to clean it....stupid move! Took me 2 hours to get it put back together! So yeah, I would have someone do it for you. Good luck!

clean it up... he can't make change from $100...omg

I have a LG Chocolate, it is VERY sensitive, as much as I like LG phones, I don't think I will be getting another one once my contract is up.... Good luck with your hon |

Have a Motorola/Moto Q
works allthe time & I get around a lot of dust, grease, dirt. Blow it off once in a while w/puter keyboard cleaner. |

This is the reason I like Nokia, Motorola, etc.
Alot of Iphone users complain about AT&T for some reason. They jailbricked and installed TMobile.
Don't exchange it, get a refund I hope. Not alot of people are fans of Samsung brand. I have a Samsung TV and it sucks. |
