why? i was the main supporter in my marriage and he didnt dare ask for that...
he was a lazy ass, and far im concerened he still is. |

No . . and neither should a woman .. its no ones job to support someone .. that should only be done by choice

In no fault divorce states, maintenance (alimony) is the option of the lesser wage earner in a divorce. If the lesser wage earner asks the court for maintenence, they will get it regardless of sex or "being lazy".
