This silence, so unforgiving ...ringing in my ear. I hear your voice around me, I feel you hold me near. I know my soul is with you and it never will return, for all my pleading and my tears, has not brought your return. I must face a world without you, live without my heart, for with my soul, you took it and left me in the dark. Our meadow carrries shadows of what we used to be, a blanket among the flowers, where you once laid with me.

Very heart felt... My only qualm was not being able to completely fix in on the imagery... Is the person missed an ex that has left the relationship or past away? Maybe thats not important... Sometimes I think way too much or not enough... :)
