There are two conflicting accounts in Genesis. One states that Adam and Eve were made simultaneously and then later, Even made from Adam's rib.

First Account (Genesis 1:1-2:3)

Genesis 1:25-27

(Humans were created after the other animals.)

And God made the beast of the earth after his kind, and cattle after their kind, and every thing that creepeth upon the earth after his kind: and God saw that it was good. And God said, Let us make man in our image.... So God created man in his own image

Genesis 2:18-19 (Second Account Genesis)

(Humans were created before the other animals.)

And the LORD God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him. And out of the ground the LORD God formed every beast of the field, and every fowl of the air; and brought them unto Adam to see what he would call them: and whatsoever Adam called every living creature, that was the name thereof.


Genesis 1:27

(The first man and woman were created simultaneously.)

So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them

Genesis 2:18-22
(The man was created first, then the animals, then the woman from the man's rib.)

And the LORD God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him. And out of the ground the LORD God formed every beast of the field, and every fowl of the air; and brought them unto Adam to see what he would call them.... And the LORD God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof; And the rib, which the LORD God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man.

the first was the physical created, the second the "rib, blame, the bone of contention", was removed, and "god" the truth in the heart of adam, SEEN SHE WAS BEAUTIFUL, or the "most true spiritual" was created.....

I’m just relying on what the versus actually say and no spiritual context. That is subjective.

everything is then subjective.....

if that is the view one most want to use, then the only indicator of "most true" is what actually happen.....

so then only time can unveil what be most true or more true.....

These two accounts of creation found in Genesis have been studied by theologians. It is debated to this very day. In fact I watched a show about it on A&E about a month ago.

is that to say there is not a better answer to all things at anytime?

what others have done in days past, in no way need dictate what is thought today as most true, or most good knowing, or tomarrow can easily become the same as yesterday?

Well David in that case, if you seem to feel that these two contradictory passages in Genesis are indeed NOT in conflict with one another, I dare ask you to approach this issue. I mean not in poetic terms so much but in addressing the actual verbiage cited. That is, if you feel up to it.

at first, a man naturally think and say the women should and must help me, and serve me, and is there to satisfy all my personal needs, from the word "helper", lol......

this come from the THINKING that was had, when the words were read by the man?

that is what form any definition?

then after anything come to see that self interest served most, does not create happiness, this affording the "awareness" of the man to be "increased"?

this could not come from "experiencing only good", but rather both good and bad together, this be the only equal balanced way to add awareness to "aware" of a being, this then creating two "points of reference" by lived experience within the human brain, then man come to see the more or better meaning, be the second time, and this be of one and collectively of all humans?

the same as to say, can anything know the pain of a lie, less it has been lied to?

can anyone help another not to lie, by telling their "own pain" from a lie, less oneself had lied?

two points of reference must be established within human reasoning, to provide a balanced or logic of now ONE, and no longer TWO?

it is easly understood how living within the "human emotion" that things as these are not always to be known then, until the plant come to maturity?

so the first time when spoken, was the physical women and man created, the second time spoken, be when the "rib", blame, the "bone of contention", or "lacking of understanding" of the "purpose", lol?

THEN adam was able to "fully" see the women, and the finished product was "recognized"?

and fe was no longer the voice of pain and misery or self failure to man, lol.....

this was said to be happening to each one man, and all collective mankind, for a time, until all pass thru the "school" of understanding, then in the beginning of a whole new cycle or school for mortals, the finished product would be revealed to all, staring with again, one adam, then an eve, then these shown to all others, and the purpose of all explained, and the tears then worth it, and all fe and males on the planet, each finding their own "ark" of truth, beomce as readied for a new higher more pleasueful eaxistence, one and all collectively when all done.....

just the god or "inner heart" of man and women grown up, as true love?

why it was said there be no male and female in heaven?

just an anology of one life used, as how could the actual experience of all men and women be written in some book, to help understand when tuff **** was goin down, lol?

David, I’m asking that you specifically address the TEXT and the TWO differing accounts. I just don’t think we are on the same page with this. Anyway, thanks for the poetry.

David, I have tried many times to understand your posts. Each time they become a bit more clear but not enough to get the whole picture. I am assuming english is not your first language and that is why I am having a difficult time.

Some bits I understand but with out the rest i can't be sure I put it into the right context. It's frustrating because I sense that you are saying something of value but I can't understand it as written.

I feel the same way. David its not that I don’t want to understand, I’m just honestly having trouble. It’s so nebulous and especially when something is a bit more cut and dry like this. It’s an either/or kind of thing and you would need to support your position in some manner that was intelligible.

Most of these so called contradictions can easily be explained away with a little bit of study. Many of them are red herrings and can be thrown out.
