Chicken Liver? Beef liver? Chicken liver + honey = Yummy Beef liver + loads of sauteed onions also = Yummy

A lot of people don,t like the real strong liver taste so you can soak it in milk overnight and it will mellow it out a lot.

Yeah, I'm not a fan of liver. Not a lot of people are. I don't believe in doing this but I was raised in a restauraunt (family business) and my dad would ask if I was hungry. If I said yes then he would make me what he wanted me to eat and make me clean my plate whether I liked it or not. Some things I hated so bad it would gag me, but had to finish it anyway. Now I can't think of anything I don't like to some extent.

Fried chicken liver dipped in butter and sourcream is good but all other liver .
