What do you use to clean your linoleum floors? So far I have tryed murphy soap and ammonia and it still looks dirty

Murphy's Soap? Wouldn't that make the floor slippery? Are you rinsing then?

Murphys is oil based cleaner for wood floors and such..not a good idea lol I use mr clean...

I use bleach and water. Gets em clean, disinfected and it's inexpensive.

I'll bet Heloise has answers. Heloise.com I had one that was so caked up from those mop & shine products. I left ammonia on it to soak for HOURS, and it literally peeled the old crap off.

Women have historically been the housekeepers in the home, it is not a leap to assume they would have more knowledge in this area. I use Lysol. Every couple of weeks I use bleach and water to brighten it up and then I use Mop and Glo. Above all else DO NOT MIX BLEACH AND AMMONIA TOGETHER. It is toxic and can be fatal.

Just out of curiosity, why is this a question for the ladies? Don't men clean their homes too? Just wondering.... If I may interject here, we as women are the cleaners because onlike men, we don't enjoy living in a house filled with empty beer bottles, dirty laundry thrown wherever, piss all over the toilet, and dirty dishes overflowing in the kitchen sink, not to mention shoved under the couch. This quote in no way implies that I despise men. I actually quite enjoy their company. It's just a natural fact that women are the nurturers so therefore we are also the cleaners.
