I am new to this iPodTouch thing, just getting started, about 3 hours ago I have connected it on my PC usb port, off mode while at the same time charging, and started to download iTunes online. When done, what would I do next? Any help please

Once iTunes is done downloading, either buy music off of iTunes or import music from CDs. To import music, just put a CD into your computer and a message should come up asking what you want to do, from there select import music to iTunes and you should be good to go.
