exactly! the quality of the pizza directly effects how the crust tastes! and the crust off of a real, italian made, privatly owned NY pizza joint will taste amazing!
christ i miss living in NY! the pizza in VA is complete $hit!

I actually packed a whole pizza pie into a cooler and brought it down to a friend in NC a few years ago......He ate six slices before he could even heat up the oven!
