ok, so who here has not been to new york? just curious. The only New York I've ever been to is the casino/hotel in Las Vegas. Never been to the real thing, and I don't supposed that I'll be going out there anytime in the near or distant future.

It's awesome!!!!! BEEN 2x's... Ground Zero is very difficult to go through and to see it all. I wasn't prepared believe it or not. Rascal Flat's bus was on the side of the street and out came the Wreckers and their band members. That was cool. Saw Kenny Chesney in the park playing for one of the news shows. Stayed at the Hilton....WOW!!!! I'd go again in a min.

I went with my daughter on her senior trip in November. That was so fun. A bunch of 18 year olds running amuck in New York. Did get approached in Central Park by a homeless guy. Scared the crap out of me but one of the guys came and got me away from him. Other than that it was a blast.

Been there several times....upstate is just awesome and NY, NY is alive and kicking even at 3 AM

I've been. The statue of liberty was closed but I went into the pedestal. I remember driving by the WTC towers and looking up at them. I could not see the tops of the buildings. NYC is the only real city I have ever been to. Love it.
