I wish I could say 'just like every other day' and truly lived my life every day as if it were my last...
and even though I get close sometimes it's not as often as it should be...we get bogged down with our jobs, mundane tasks, the busyness of life, errands, laundry, getting the car fixed, etc. etc. etc.

I would spend it with my loved ones ~ happily ~ truly not being sad, more of a celebration. After all, I truly believe that when we leave this earth it's for a better destination. Unfortunately, it's the loved ones left behind that suffer the pain of the loss.

travel to mountins and live it up to last breth of air

I would definately spend it with my family, immediate and extended. And with friends, people I had lost touch with over the years. I'd talk to my girls and explain life to them, tell them of experiences and memories that I would otherwise save for them when they are a bit older. I'd make my final arrangements, so that it would be less of a burden for them. Then we'd all go to the softball field, and play until we couldn't.
