In Singapore, you can get cained from spiting on the ground. Yea, and in parts of Asia you can't even post some things because it will block you from that part of the internet. Parts of Europe you can buy a prostitute legally while partaking in any illegal drug of your choice. And in Mexico you can be shot on the street and unless you are an American tourist your murder will go unsolved due to lackluster police work and/or paid off politicians...yea we could use crime and punishment like that... |

If you ever saw the series "Faces Of Death" part one through five they show actual executions through out the world.
What would happen if we showed a real execution in the United States on television? Would it help cut down on the crime wave in the country. Just for everyones information: Most states used lethal injection. |

If you think the Rodney King riots were bad, you would have a whole other level of anarchy if the US were to show an execution on TV. We have freedom drilled into our minds as American's and while it is slowly being taken away to take such a jump as to show an execution would erupt in nothing but anarchy among millions of people. |

I understand, but we have seen a lot of simulated deaths in several movies, like the Green Mile, but if it was real, would it be any diffrent?

Other countries are heavily oppressed, whereas in the US freedom is the horn that blares. The middle east does a lot of public executions, but they are ran on fear...and fear is not a way to lead. |
