Funny huh Shannar?
told you..thats what that movie is all about (Politics and religion) |

The government dates back centuries and how they brain wash everyone into thinking things are happening that are not. They control "THE WORLD". and I am not saying that I agree with what they doubt people need to wake up.. Watch that Movie I think you'll enjoy it.. Education ought to teach people from younger age to be careful about the agendas of politicians and preachers : politics and religion . These two elements have much power over our laws and our lives . Philosophy is one good study to free the mind from the propaganda and brainwashing . |

the political process represents the will of the people..ALL the people, and its your responsibility to be involved and hold your elected leaders accountable for what they do or dont do..they are there to represent the interests of everyone, not just a few elite..however when you give that up then you give up your voice and loose not only your right to complain but your right to be represented... Good answer. In my opinion the only correct answer. Are you sure your not a Democratic Capitalist??? damn capitalists.... |

It is good to learn about politics. It enables us to make an educated decison in the voting booth.
for me. i believe we should all care about politics, but it seems like today's generation. don't have time to care the way this country is going. were going to put a man in office we no nothing about, the media is kissing his butt. what happen to caring for your country. guess people today, are like i always say, spoiled. shameful.
i think why people dont care and me as an individual is because we feel powerless. look at bush he got voted in again by cheating and it seems like we try to put a word in but it gets brushed aside because we arent the ones with money.
yes but also think if youth of today, were not so lazy, all their money cant beat back millions marching on Washington.
eh i doubt that will happen unless something really bad happens.
yes i agree with you. people just dont care.
well imo its not completely unwarranted because of the feeling of powerless. whats the point on doing something with there will be no outcome is the attitude.
if done right. our government will listen to us. this is not china. our government wont shoot us. if so we can shoot back.
does that kind of violence actually do something good or make things worst? from what i saw its not even the government thats really controlling anymore its the influence of the elite rich.
not saying we should shoot people, what i was saying unlike china. we have guns. but at times it may be the only way to wake our government up.
i think its just money talks. and money says it wants more and more and more. not sure how we will convince the government to serve the people instead serve the money.
tell me why i cant moan about the current events when i dont agree with pretty much how things are running in our country. theres no sense of trust that anything that the PEOPLE want will happen. If you do not like the way things are done then get involved in making things change. Personally, I am about ready to take a pitchfork to my state capitol and remove them by force. Don't even get me started about my US Senator! |

Honor, integrity, and a sense of responsibility toward our country and it's future, are qualities nigh lost in society today ...
Can the United States of America recover? Only if those who truly have these qualities can break through the corruption and A$$kissing - pave the way for action, compassion, sincerity, and strength of character - in our government. Verily, in our homes. Our hedonistic society is running headlong into disaster ... |

Having taken advantage of our opportunities and rights to move about freely, and to visit our representatives in government, I can say the following:
Please, take just one day of your time to visit a sequence of offices of government officials, from the County Clerk up to the District Attorney and to the Circuit Court Judge. Go to the people whom you are responsible to form opinions about and to vote upon issues effecting their ability to perform their tasks for our benefit. Volunteer, as you are priviliged to offer your service to the public about you, and put in one day of time in any government function. Ask them to let you help them to help us all. Then think about serving us in any capacity, as you have then done the often thankless work of trying to do what is lawful, right, necessary, and responsible. Then...ask me again, why we care about politics. |
