I have been really into cooking for a long time. Went to culinary school and worked at a few different restaurants, bars, hotels and all sorts of places. The one recipe that I really like and still cook all the time is a stuff chicken breast that I learned from a Spanish club I work at. It's very simple to make and it just tastes amazing.

It's just a chicken breast with the skin still on and bone in. I stuff the chicken, in between the chicken and bone, with a mixture of chopped green and red peppers and feta. Fry it skin side down to crisp up the skin then back till cooked. The feta and peppers make the chicken really moist, and the flavour is amazing.

thank gawd i'm not a chicken... i like my breasts the way they are!!
