Ha ha everyone puts lock the door..(I never lock my door)

thats cool the sleep cd what kind of music is it? Sounds are different frequencies from each speaker to trick brain into deep sleep brain frequencies. If I really pay attention, I perceive the sounds as coming from in front of me, but speakers are on each side of bed. I work nights 3 12hr shifts a wk. Then I am off 4 days. So switching back and forth from nights to days, sleep is an issue. I paid a buck for them. Very helpful. Very pleasant music. |
