I agree. Going to bed angry will only make things worse in the morning. Making amends will allow you to get a good/decents nights sleep. Going to bed angry, I know I can never relax enough to get comfortable to sleep peacefully.

i read on MSN that sometimes it is best to go to bed angry and resolve the problems in the morning but my grandma has always told me never to go to bed angry you may not get the chance to say you are sorry.

Not necessarily true....I was freaking tired and had to get up early and it was really late and the arguement wasn't resolved...I always just made sure he knew I loved him and that was all that REALLY mattered and we would work through it the next day if possible after we'd had all day to think. Don't want to go to work on too little sleep.
